Coverage of Alex Murdaugh’s murder trial

In early 2023 I helped cover the murder trial of Alex Murdaugh online. During the nearly three months that the trial went on for, I wrote recaps of what happened in the courtroom, broke down details and situations surrounding the case and helped add to our live blog which had over 1000 people watching it for the majority of the trial. I also helped the rest of our newsroom with coverage by interviewing law experts daily and staying in touch with our reporters and photographers covering the trial in Walterboro.
